.do we know that the concert was 
on that date or could this be the date of the transfer from original lacquers?

I'm only going by the date on the record labels.  As you know, I'm 2200 kms away 
from my records at the moment but I think the notice on the records said, 
"Recorded September 30th, 1943"

I also think it was you who posted when we went through this in Jan. 2010 that 
you thought the note on side 6 may have been sent to Herbert Berliner.
