Canadian boy. He did a couple of albums with Al Goodman conducting for those 
cheapo labels in the late 50s.

Jolson imitators..Elvis imitators..Glenn Miller imitators..sigh..whoops, forgot 
about the Judy Garland imitators (of all sexes)..
