At $349 it's pretty pricey, but they've found some ways to enhance the same ol' 29 tracks.
I can understand including songs by Furry Lewis, Tommy Johnson, and others in the set, but to add totally unrelated hillbilly and Mexican items just because they were recorded at the same location and session is a bit of a stretch. "Gasp! Do you think they breathed the same air as Johnson??? Oooh! we HAVE to have that!" Fortunately, the tracks by the Light Crust Doughboys, Crystal Springs Ramblers, etc. aren't too bad. But I doubt any blues aficionado will want to sit through recordings by Zeke Williams & his Rambling Cowboys. I like 'em, but not everyone will. Very strange.
