[78-L] Avshalomov concerto

Amazing what this thread has led to, and it's the result of me finally 
organizing all my record catalogs yesterday and finding a couple of unusual 
listings in the Columbia Celebrity Catalog (probably printed 1938). This is the 
only place I've found this work listed..it was gone by 1940.
