Thanks, David.  Even in that well-informed article, however, the author writes "Vitrolac" (without the internal "c") in paragraph 3, despite the clearly readble "Victrolac" right there in his sleeve photo.  It might be one of those brain-slip words that you have to force your memory to spell correctly.  PC

It's definitely Victrolac, but I'm not sure where the other spelling
originated. Probably in well-informed articles such as this:

we've been calling AFRN by the wrong name, AFRS, all these years.
