Etta James's real (maiden) name was Jamesetta Rogers. P. Otis, as 
somebody has already pointed out, was Johnny Otis's wife - a credit he 
used on occasion presumably for tax reasons.

Sorry for the late response - I've been away for a few days, but 
realised I could identify J. Rogers.
