Are you still creating problems that don't exist? At the risk of now being confrontational, are you unable to read and process information? After all I clearly wrote:

"I have finally got to this message after the holiday, a build up of work etc"

and this is hardly dredging up things. It is more a courtesy to confirm I had noted your submission, and latterly disagreed with it.

Equally, nowhere I can see anything about "my hurt feelings" or frustrations.

You may be still smarting over your purchase decision and handling. Please don't take it out on others as, after all, you chose to raise the issue to garner sympathy rather than any "public service" from what I personally can see. C'est la vie.
