[78-L] Pachelbel for a Buck

Joking?
No, I was never forced to listen to it - therefore I had the pleasure to
discover the musical qualities in Paillard quite naturally.
Aphrodite's Child, by the way, who recorded "Rain & Tears", were Greek,
not French, but recorded for a French label. Lead singer was Demis
Roussos, who later had a big solo carreer, as well as keyboardist Vangelis.
And I always preferred the Spanish pop hit "Oh Lord Why Lord" by the Pop
Tops, which, more or less, used the Paillard arrangement as background.
