[78-L] pasteover label~Broadway Malady

The ultimate paste-over of a Columbia is a lacquer disc I once saw. I kid you 
not..during WWII, some company actually recycled old records, probably some 
that were donated as regrind but couldn't be used because they were laminated, 
and coated them with some form of cellulose nitrate (or whatever) for use on 
home recorders. A bit of flaking revealed the mid 1910s Columbia underneath.

Interesting about Broadway/Hit of the Week! I've encountered another dub, the 
OKeh Laughing Record on Canadian Apex 589, with no mention of OKeh (and the 
same "Gypsy Baron" flip side).
