[78-L] First eBay problem

Thanks,  Malcolm...I appreciate your insight about this.

I,  too,  thought that the seller was being short-sighted...not even 
considering who was "right" or "wrong" but just not appreciating all the 
other  times I'd bought from him,  or even the times when I was the 
underbidder who drove up the sale price on something he'd listed.

I am hoping that I can make use of the USPS info which Roger Wade 
provided...in the interim,  my only recourse was to leave negative feedback 
which I did today.  If I'd waited another week or so,  I'd be unable to 
leave feedback at all.
