[78-L] Stereo Toscanini

Skepticism was my initial response, but listening proved otherwise. This 
is genuine stereo that adds significant realism to the sound.

To test if a Toscanini recording is true stereo, listen for the 1st violins on 
the left and the 2nd violins on the right.  No artificial stereo processing can 
accomplish this from a mono recording.
