Oh my goodness, they have the Value-Paks back again!  Is that what your 
problem is -- you ordered them last week at $25% off and now they are 
back at 6 for $60?

They had withdrawn the value paks a few months ago but I waited and then 
I successfully ordered the Jolson films the Tuesday after Thanksgiving 
week when they had a 5 discs for $50 sale, but that was only for that 
week, and my posting about it was for that surprise extra Tuesday only.  
(I had already gotten Mammy when it was released during the initial 25% 
off sale.  I was able to delay getting the other Jolson DVDs because I 
have the LaserDiscs, including Hallelujah I'm a Bum.)

I've gotten personal replies from them and it usually is fine.  The only 
time I didn't get the answer I wanted was when I complained about the 
disappearance of the Jolson Value Pac!  Now I suppose your complaint is 
about its reappearance!

That 5 films for $50 was the best deal they've had because some of the 
films are now $25 so this was more than 50% off of them.  But check out 
these Value-Paks.
