[78-L] Palda

Han,


Everyone in Philadelphia knows what a mummer is.  The Mummers are a 
local tradition sine at least the mid 1800s. Men in costumes have a News 
years day parade, complete with string bands, somersaults and dance. 
It's so big in Philly taht they even have a museum.

It sounds a little silly, and it is.  But it's just something they do here.
