Speaking of things not seen anymore, did anyone notice the two dollar bills in 
one of the envelopes sent to the Prohibition Enforcement guy in "Boardwalk 
Empire" this past Sunday?

And in the preview to next week's Detroit 187, there was a definite shot with 
what looks like a Brunswick phonograph (missing its grill) in the background.
