Well, the house has been standing since 1869 (or 1870?)...and I'm VERY
careful with fire or anything which could cause thereof...! So far, the
addition of many tons of shellac has NOT seemed to have any effect;
even my c.1886 semi-detached victorian at 211 Pape wasn't able to
survive my shellac archive (which I had to move to the basement...I
had it on the second floor, but I started seeing new cracks in my
plaster walls on the first floor!).

I'm going to have to re-enter all my bank-card data...!
