[78-L] Edison Diamond Discs - Need Cleaning Advice

No to cheap vodka - too much water in it. 80 proof would be about 60% 
water! Use Everclear (200 proof ethyl) if you can buy it in your state, 
if not a good pharmacy will sell you 100% methyl, but you will probably 
have to ask the pharmacist.
