You know, now that you mention it, Jean Paul King's system cue on the
two surviving 1931 Wendell Hall programs was "This program has come to
you from the NBC studios in Chicago".  And in the 1932 Amos 'n' Andy
program that was home-recorded onto a Victrolac disc, Bill Hay simply
announces "This program has come to you from NBC studios", without
mentioning the city of origin.
