[78-L] Can anyone make an offline digital copy (AFRTS disks on PBS-TV)

I take it that PBS (a channel, believe it not , one cannot get in the depths of Finland) uses similar lines to invite donations ? I recall hearing something like that on the PBS radio channel once about listener donations :) But why would they send a tote bag :)
