[78-L] eBay rules

[Don Chichester]

This expression, omitting the infinitive 'to be', is a very common one in western Pennsylvania and West Virginia.  It even crops up in the newspapers.  It took a long time for me to get used to hearing this when I worked in these parts.  Their English needs fixed.
