I like the ones where a person has 1 -- as in ONE -- record on offer
- and takes a picture of it propped up on one of those wooden easels
used to display plates and dishes.
And of course there are the one who describe any record as being 'vintage'
The best however are the people who put a record on offer with a
really low starting bid for what is a somewhat rare item, but have a
reserve price. Why not start the bidding at what you really want to
get for it. An example is this item
http://cgi.ebay.com/VERY-RARE-78-RPM-INDIA-SWINGING-BLUE-JEAN-/140454320053
A 78 from India on HMV from 1964 of the Swinging Blue Jeans doing the
Hippy Hippy Shake. Starting bid was $9.95. It made it to $31.01 with
his reserve not met. This record as a 78 is worth at least $100 if
not much more. What could his reserve have been? Because his reserve
wasn't meet he failed to sell it
