It may depend upon the setting -- first visit to Canada etc. If its 
not unique then only a couple (double a couple) hundred is all I'd 
say you'd get. If it was unique, a couple thousand is more like it. 
Your best bet is to either contact Apple Corp or some of the places 
in the UK, fer 'sample, Fleetwoods. Grab a copy the of the UK mag 
Record Collector for ideas
