[78-L] Whitaker's Wax Works

It appears to be an ordinary broadcast ET from 1960 which has three
5-minute public service programs on each side with someone named
Whitaker playing one record per program along with some public service
announcement about the U.S. Army Reserve. Nothing special although it
does seem a little late in the century to be playing a blackface comic
record even though it is one of the rarer ones in the crows set.
The RCA prefix of L8MM means:
L -- 1960
8 -- Custom Re-recorded from client's source material
M -- Transcription
M -- 16-inch standard or transcription groove
