[78-L] VERY odd Columbia (C) disc...?!

Lennick just (this past Friday) dropped off around 100 or so 78's to me;
among them (and he knew nothing thereabout) was an unusual
Columbia record...! It is a copy of Col A1724; Will C. Robbins both
sides, one with Ada Jones; facts all as shown in the "Abrams Files"
COLA.TXT . Odd thing is the label...it is the "notes" label depicted
in blue on white! I have NEVER seen another such record...?!

During the same era, Victor would press white-label (but with
data & credits in a "typed" font) for out-of-print records
specifically ordered (and paid for!) by their customers. Any
possibility this odd Columbia is the same sort of record?!

Has ANYONE (1) seen a similar Columbia disc...or (2) know
anything about it?! BTW, I haven't yet tried to look it up in
"Note the Notes" (which I own [I think/hope?!] but have NO
freaking idea where it currently might be...?!).
