On Teter I've seen both....'Johnson rag'/'Back of the yards' on a UK
pressing, 'Kansas City kitty'/'Just a little nightcap' a US.  My Vera Lynn
'Auf wiedersehn, sweetheart' is a US pressing (and an RCA job).
