IIRC. there were legal complications regarding Holiday's presence; she was 
already
(IIRC) under contract to ARC...where full-priced discs credited Teddy Wilson 
as
the nominal bandleader, while Vocalions credited BH as leader...!

However, Holiday cut a handful of sides for Decca c.1934...and then recorded
with AS for this single side; this probably set up conflicts. since record 
labels/
companies had started putting their artists under exclusive contract by 
then...?!
