I've seen a similar 78 promo from Capitol c. 1950, but without narration. And there are lots of 33RPM dealer demos from Columbia, RCA and Capitol, sometimes with exclusive material and interviews. Cosme McMoon, the infamous Florence Foster Jenkins' infamous accompanist, is on one of them.
