[78-L] Looking for info on jukebox promo record

I recently received a promo record aimed at jukebox
operators, plugging new releases of Bluebird records.
I'd never seen one of these before. The label says
"Coin Op Special" like the jukebox pressings, but
that's about the only similarity.  If anyone would
