Yes. Joe Wong. Vaudevillian in the San Francisco area.
His sole recorded output was two records for Pathe: PA 21166 & 21170, 
which were also released on Perfect 11243 & 11239. I have the Perfect 
issues but I do not have the Pathe versions.
I think your issue number is incorrect. I show it as PA 21166, not 21165.
Newspaper articles of the time indicate that Wong was a Stanford 
graduate, in what field I do not know.
