[78-L] groove size again

But...did Pathe use wider grooves on these 20" discs...or simply increase
the groove spacing, which would have allowed more deeply cut grooves...
and as a result increased playing volume (and as well were these wider
than the standard grooves on their 10"(+/-) vertical-cut discs? Remember
that Pathe had already sold millions (or so) of players with their standard
ball-tipped styli...so it seems unlikely they would be promoting and selling
records which used different styli...?!
