Mal and everyone else --  Have you guys checked Amazon???????????? 
There are loads of new copies for less than $20 even counting shipping
costs.  I already have the hardbound but I just ordered a copy of the
paperback for $15.99 with free shipping from a marketplace vendor
serviced by Amazon -- I had a $9.36 book I've been waiting to order from
Amazon, so I got my $25 for the free shipping.  That one is gone, but
you can get them cheaper than half-price books, especially if you need
someone to ship it to Hawaii.
