This is not a difficult question when you google the correct spelling:
(Fredo) GArdoni & (Manuel) Puig. FG played accordion.
French, as are the titles.
Reportedly made over 600 titles for French Pathe,

A pity the ebay image is so small (and not very clear).
If possible, can you send me a better image?

I got this in a stack that also had 1 [COLUMBIA--post flag pre viva tonal] Irish 1 Russian [COLUMBIA viva tonal] and 2 Polish [on OKEH--black electic]

The Vic 12-xxxx ethnic series is (very) rare on ebay.
here was a 12-59000 series of which I have 2 images:
2-59004 Marek Weber, and
2-59011 Honegger's Pacific 231 (ethnic?!) (mx pres 45125 or 45725).
and there is a 12-80000 series
have an image of 12-80558 Orchestrina Italiana La Vittoria, mxs 41060/61,
nd VMB2 gives no issue for this (recd 22 Nov 27).
ther label images are:
2-80716 Fred Brano, ocarina
2-81229 G. Morino
2-81368 P. Frosini
2-81600 Marek Weber
2-81710 Pietro (accordion).
res. a large series; is it consecutively numbered 12-80001-81710 etc?
nd what is the difference with the 14-80000 series? (Italian only?)

he ethnic V- series starts numerically with V-1 and has indeed same artists.

V- prefix and one of several 4-digit numbers, and renumbered again
n 1948 in a new purple label xx-xxxx series.
