[78-L] H.R.S. Earl Hines album

The Earl Hines album of QRS recordings consists of catalog numbers  HRS 
11, HRS 19, HRS 20, and HRS 21. HRS 11 was originally issued as part of 
the HRS subscription series as September 1938. After the subscription 
series ended, Steve Smith re-released them with catalog numbers, rather 
than subscription-month dates. The last number in the subscription 
series was HRS 18 (April 1939). A copy of the Hines album in excellent 
condition sold in 2008 for $550. The Hines album records were 
re-released on HRS 1009 through HRS 1012. These appear to be dubs of 
dubs, perhaps made by Jack Caiden, who bought the label from Steve 
Smith.
