I have never seen a Special Purpose label with a 12- prefix.
I assume these were promos for the 12-xxxx Red Seal series.
The common popular issues with a 20- prefix state usually NOT FOR SALE
at the upper rim, and (many/most/all?) have an additional DJ number.
It seems that at first the DJ nr is in larger print than the 20-xxxx nr, but later it
becomes smaller.
Most common are white labels, but black & red also occur.

all the time, it is just more unusual to find classical because there
were fewer classical stations.
