Ebay - the modern embodiment of the goose that laid the golden egg - has raised their rates again. In addition to their listing fees and taking a hunk out of payments through PayPal, they are now taking a whopping 9% of the final value fee on sales. They get you coming, going, and in between. Does anyone know of a solution or have tried one of the "monthly payment" accounts in lieu of paying by the item?
