[78-L] Alvino Rey and The Kings

Dorothy Herfurt told me of Dick Cathcart's passing back in the '90s.I lost track of Lawrence Welk back in the '70s when they went off the air on ABC.Tom Cathcart was an
acquaintace of mine as well.He was living in southern Oregon when I spoke to him back around 1983 when I was living in Beaverton,Oregon outside Portland.

One of the other Lennon sisters had already married trumpeter Dick 
Cathcart...they had kids and remained together until Cathcart passed.  Clark 
and "his" Lennon sister divorced after a few years.
