[78-L] Charlie Shavers and Milt Kabak

I thank you for the correction.I have few musicians and record collectors left to straighten me out on such
things.Rehak did play with Richards.I had a reissue of Richards' "Emanon" on LP.It has since disappear-
ed.I believe it was recorded around 1956 on Bethlehem if I recall correctly.Come to think of it,I saw a 
picture that the late Art Pepper's widow Laurie reprinted in her husband's semi-autobiography "Straight
Life" and I believe it showed Rehak at a jam session at Synanon.He was playing valve trombone.Pepper
was playing tenor sax at the session.

Dan,

You mean Frank Rehak. Rehak never played with Kenton, but he did play in the
Johnny Richards band in NY.
