[78-L] the bubble book question was a real one - The BB expert

The hands down expert on BBs is Merle Sprinzen. She is given a talk on them at ARSC-NOLa.  She is not (I don't think) on 78-l (or you'd have seen a reply). I'm forwarding this to her and she can reply direct to Bill.
