Vincent Lopez recorded three tunes for Durium: 80 years ago the third ones
was released in the news stands.
 Vincent Lopez (1898-1975), born of Portuguese parents in Brooklyn, NYC on
the 30th of December 1898, was a very popular dance band leader in those
days, but due to the financial crisis he had to take all kind of gigs to
make a living for him and his band members. Making recordings for Durium
should be seen in the light of making cash money.
