A fate all to common, I’m afraid! A friend of mine told me of how the 
family of Jack Fulton was going to dispose of his memorabilia. Someone 
found out about it and rescued it before it got to the dumpster. My 
friend received a number of photographs of Fulton by himself and Fulton 
with the Paul Whiteman band, including in England at an airfield, if I 
recall correctly. Thank god for the cultural interventionists who help 
rescue history!
