You have not mentioned the best Hawaiian record of them all:  Louis Armstrong's "Song Of The Islands" on OKeh.  Louis out islanded the islanders with his singing group, then threw in a dazzling trumpet finale.
 Have you ever heard "The Lei of the Last Minstrel?
