No...the first edition had a red cover (I had several hundred of these
run off by "Print Three'...much to my surprise, they sold VERY well...?!).
The second edition, which had a few more pages and many additions
and/or corrections, came out about a year later. I used to (and may well
still) have several copies of each of those...!
