Thank you, Mike, for buying my books. Fred Cohen will be happy, too. My 
favorite experiences with picture menus was in restaurants in “Little 
Saigon” in Los Angeles. Nobody spoke English. After looking at the 
menu, I would take it with me and walk around looking at what people 
were eating. When I saw something that looked good, I referred to the 
menu. That is how I ordered.
