In fact there are some great places in that area going just a bit higher in 
price, including some renovated century houses. We've been looking. We'll also 
consider quonset huts, old schools, disused motels .. as long as somebody's 
mother isn't still living in the main house or Janet Leigh isn't trying to take 
a nap in the room next to the office..
