For sixty-five years people have been wondering what the hell (insert,
left to right) means in "Paul Whiteman lent us the best two-man rhythm
section in the business, Artie Shapiro (insert, left to right) and Stud
Wettling, better known as The Rider."  What were we supposed to insert??
 And was this a statement of their politics??  Or some new style of
percussion???
