No photo of Shapiro and Wettling, no date.. --ERNIE ANDERSON on its own line,
off to the right, below the liner notes. Funny thing though, the notes still
refer to the inset!

Blue print inside, red LETTering on the fronT COVER. And no lettering under the
pianist's hand lower right. The performers are all dark blue, the background is
kinda cream and grey.
