Mike Biel says regarding off-air recordings of the Goodman band from 
early broadcasts of the Let’s Dance program: “This third disc was only 
recently
discovered and then purchased by me last year.”

That was an excellent and lucky find! Jack Towers showed me all the 
discs he was working on for a CD issue of Let’s Dance performances. 
Bill Savory later showed me the same discs he had been given to also 
dub. I got a tape of Jack’s direct-from-discs dubs and a copy of Bill’s 
CD dubs.
