[78-L] Postage crisis ??

An  E--bay user has just told me there has been a recent ruling that sellers 
can no longer make any charge for postage costs !
If this is correct, how are you [sellers] going to handle it ?  Simply 
increase your minimum bid, and thus increase E-bog's  profits ?
I also gather that if you mention in your description that postage is not 
included, and would be extra, your entry will then be pulled by  E-bog.
And I guess if you say nothing and then tell the winning  bidder that... 
ahem...  there will be extra costs,  you'll soon get negative feedback, and 
be bumped off  E-bog fairly shortly.

A  no-win  /  no-win  situation ?
