[78-L] Dinning Sisters & Charlie Monroe

  Just played some records and two of them have popped some questions in my head.  On days like this, when I'm cold, snow-bound and need to do inside things, I  grab piles of 78s,  put them on the  turntable without looking at their title and  enjoy, plus tell myself I will recognize the song and the artist.  
  Two failed my test, I recognized the songs, but not the artists.  First was   the Dinning Sisters singing "If I had my life to live over" and "My Adobe Hacienda", It's on Capitol, with the Art Van Damme quintet. The other was Charlie Monroe, singing "Our Mansion is Ready" and" A Valley of Peace".  He's backed up by "His Kentucky Pardners".  It's on RCA Victor.   Don't have any idea how long since I  may have played these records before, if ever, but I don't know much about either artist, would appreciate any data  on them from this always knowledgeable  group.
