[78-L] Bessie Smith album

It may be the set described earlier, with the differing labels, consisted of
discs that came from differing plants (not all of them from the same
plant).  There may have been a situation similar to Victor's usual policy
with labels, or Columbia's policy when they returned to producing black
discs and discontinued the blue ones:  just use up the stocks of the old
before going to the new.

So it may be the case that one plant had the final style of blue 'FRR'
labels while another still had supplies of the 'Label copyright 1937' labels
they were using up when pressing their copies of the records for the Smith
compilation.
