[78-L] Yodeling

Jimmie Rodgers introduced yodeling to Country Music.  I know of no one doing it before him.  I now wait for someone to show I am wrong, which usually happens.     Jack

I know steel guitar came from Hawaiian music. Yodeling most likely 
crossed in through European folk influence.
